I did lots of shredding today - a whole sackful - after questioning just why we've kept all our bank & credit card statements for years and years. Shredding is a really annoying job because the noise generated and the necessity to look at the feeder means you can't do anything to entertain yourself while getting on with it. Still, at least it'll just be a little at a time from now on, if I keep on top of it.
