We bought these cups for the boys at the museum in Wales (they hadn't charged us for the kids' meals in the cafe, so we eased our guilt by spending the money in the shop). They are really annoying. The straw doesn't seem able to clear the last cm of drink, and they are a complete pain to wash - you have to empty them, and practically push the straw up the tap to get enough pressure to push the drink out. They might have to be hidden!
